If a replacement part is needed we will usually use new guaranteed parts, however, if price is a problem we will try and find good quality used parts to keep the cost down.

etep is based in Buxton, Derbyshire and offers a free call out service within a reasonable distance. We are willing to travel greater distances but this will incur a further fee.

Suffering data loss can be a problem, etep will endeavour to recover all data from a wide range of storage devices, if possible. Data can be recovered from computer hard drives, memory cards, flash drives, cd's, and more. Please contact us for more details. Please note that data is not recoverable or only partially recoverable and etep will not be held responsible if data has been permanently lost.
